Conceptualization and development of the event’s visual theme, with coordinated graphic design for LED walls, panels, and communication materials, creating a strong and recognizable visual identity.
We crafted the digital communication strategy, managed press office activities, and facilitated media relations to ensure the event received maximum visibility before, during, and after the launch, ensuring media coverage and audience interaction.
Produced and curated all scheduled content, including event documentation (video and photo), as well as creating a press kit for print and TV. Every moment of the event was documented with high-quality materials to ensure lasting impact.
